The NICE FAB kits are electro-mechanical residential underground electric gate kits offered from one of the top manufacturers within the automation industry. The complete FAB range are very capable residential gate kits witch are sealed and waterproof units which lay out of sight beneath your gates, automating them without being obtrusive.

M-FAB Kits - These kits are designed to be fast opening and for intensive use with shallower depth installation boxes and come in 24V and 230V with a range of options (listed below) including 110° and 180° opening and 3m 300kg. These will open to 90° in around 8 seconds.

L-FAB Kits - These Kits are designed as the mid range NICE underground kit capable of automating 4m leafs but at a slower pace than the M-FAB, coping with a max leaf weight up to 650kg and with an opening time of 15 to 22 seconds to 90°

BIG-FAB Kits - These kits are designed for the higher end of the NICE underground range capable of automating gate leafs up to 5m in length and up to 900kg. Opening to 90° in 17 seconds.

All of the above kits have magnetic encoders and all have stops in opening and closing, they all manually release from both the inside and outside of the gate, all kits have the ability to do the following:

  • Self-learning of travel limits on opening and closing
  • Self-diagnostics of faults
  • Programming of pause time
  • Pass door
  • Deceleration on opening and closing
  • Dual technology obstacle detection
  • Operation in the event of a power failure with the optional rechargeable batteries (ps324)
  • Provision for connection of latest generation sensitive edges

• M-FAB HS KIT 2 - For a single gate, magnetic encoder with connecting lever and mechanical stop in closing (open stop on box) - 24v - 8 sec’s to 90° - 3m leafs - 300kg - 180° option
• L-FAB KIT 1 - For a pair of gates, magnetic encoder with connecting lever and mechanical stop in closing (open stop on box)- 230v - 22 sec’s to 90° - 4m leafs - 650kg - 180° option
• L-FAB KIT 2 - For a pair of gates, magnetic encoder with connecting lever and mechanical stop in closing (open stop on box)- 24v - 15 sec’s to 90° - 4m leafs - 650kg - 180° option
• L-FAB KIT 3 - For a single gate, magnetic encoder with connecting lever and mechanical stop in closing (open stop on box)- 230v - 22 sec’s to 90° - 4m leafs - 650kg - 180° option
