Canceling an order
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website within 7 days or receiving our order confirmation email. If we have not yet dispatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment. You can cancel an order by emailing email@example.com or calling us on 08443 570211.
Returning an item
When canceling your order, if you have already received the goods you will need to make the return within 21 days. Once we have received your goods, we will credit you with the value of the returned goods.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the following goods
- Goods that have been unpacked and not repacked in the way in which they were delivered
- Items that have been used or marked in any way
- Perishable goods
- items which have been signed for as complete and undamaged if your reason for return is incomplete or damaged.
If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or because it is defective, we will be more than happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise, you will be responsible for delivery charges in connection with your purchase.
To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation eg. defective items. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
